1. Our products have a 2 year guarantee since purchase date. The guarantee does not cover any device previously repaired by other person or used incorrectly. 2. After 15 days of the purchase, returning material is not allowed. If the client may do so, Jandei SL may not refund the money if such material is not OK. 3. Devices used or without parcels will not be refunded. 4. No any delivery wihout the previous authorization of Jandei SL will be accepted. 5. Client knows the norms of the correct installation of our devices, and is responsible if installation procedures are not followed. 6. Jandei SL is not responsible for any accidents, directly or indirectly in people and/or properties. 7. Jandei SL may charge for equipment that is sent to be repaired with no fault.
